I hear you. I actually dig some tribute bands for their sound (not always identical to the original, obviously, but still interesting in their setlists). But I really don't get the need for costumes.

I'd much prefer a band paying tribute by simply playing their music. Ditch the awful costumes, helpless accents and corny mannerisms. Would you rather see Paul McCartney dressed as Little Richard or simply belting out his tunes? These guys look like Trekkie rejects. Peace and luv.
