Yes, this scene can happen even after Anissa and Jin are married... That's when it happened for me. So the whole "tell me who you liiike" thing was a little awkward. xD

Anissa also confides in you that she is afraid of thunder at 7 hearts. It's sweet to see those kinds of things developed in cutscenes. ^^
