@clean lude.... Man did u try 3ds Max and vray as ur renderer...i thought this will give more realistic wall and parquet flooring coz there is an option that u can make a bump in things...and there u can see ur flooring had lines.. i dont know what i need to prefer studying this things... sketchup or 3ds max?!? btw r u an engineer or an arch? great work and animation!

@w4rh34d1 Thanks for the compliments. I had used 3DS Max a long time ago and found it overly complicated for someone that doesn't work in the industry. If it's your plan to make a living with 3D animation or modeling, then definitely go with 3DSMax... Sketchup is way more userfriendly and materials are simple.
3DSM is much more powerful and can make better renders, but requires a LOT of time to create/model.
I'm an investment advisor by trade. lol
