My First Mac part 2

I got my first Mac (the new unibody, aluminum 13" MacBook) recently (Nov. 10) from my nearest Apple Store. The decision was not so much Leopard/Mac OSX (still love Windows), but the actual hardware. This thing rocks.

but if I want 4G can i have it on the store? or do i have to buy it from the website??

Yes, you can get that upgrade right there @ the store and leave with the 4GB of memory on the MacBook before you even use it.

did you find the macbook with 4G of ram in the store?? i mean the macbook, not the pro ...

Nope. They had 2 models and I get the faster 2.4GHz CPU with the illuminated keyboard and a 250GB HDD. Neither came with more than 2GB of DDR3 memory. Apple wants to charge you $150 at the store to upgrade you to 4GB. I can do this myself for a lot cheaper.

for not much more than 4GB upgrade, you could put in 8GB. I did and its awesome ;)

if you didnt care about leapord you coulda got better windows hardware for less or is it just about the look because for me its all about mac osx

I love how your so surprised that you can set up the wireless then and there, and the picture for the account. I love how everything on a Mac is that much more thought out, even the set up (which is really short) is soooo fun.
