Is there a video of the demolition on youtube? I'm sure there must be.. I mean, they did say it will be the 'biggest implosion of a concrete structure in history.'

Hahaha... so funny how all the developers, money-people, even the video author, assured everyone "it will continue after they fix the foundation."
Now the building is going to be completely demolished. I love how people bullshit people about what the true facts are for as long as they can.
They knew from the initial 'damage' inspections that the projcet was f*ed.
This is one good example of why being rich sometimes is nothing more than people after your money. Middle-class ain't so bad.

Not to worry. Within 10 years there will be 10 more Ocean Towers. The stupid contractors f--ked up. They skimmed on the safety since they were outside the city limits. Withing 20 years there will wont be any more vehicle access on the beach due to development.
