best way to actually create a mouse, is actually to make the x, and y of the mouse = the x, and y of the movie clip, something like:
OnClipEvent(enterFrame){
this._x =_root._xmouse;
this._y =_root._ymouse;
Mouse.hide();}

hmmm, startDrag is quite a dirty way to create cursors. Using onEnterFrame and adjusting the X and Y is much better.
