Hello! I just started working on refining this pose further yesterday, but didn't achieve much so didn't post. Basically here's my process. Once I bind up top, I curl my lotus in while keeping butt as vertical as possible. Then I grip my multa bandha for all I'm worth before I come down. To lift i still cheat and plant face, but I can't explain more than that. Am working on lifting sans plant. Will post when I get it again...
Fantastic. Can you explain how you come up? Do you curl your back and bring your knees into your armpits? This is what I have been trying to do. Thanks!
No problem. Check back in a week or so to see if I've done a self practice with Karanda. If I get anywhere with it I'll post either Sun or Mon.
