@thecrimedog if you drop a stick live you keep playing and grab another one (they always have a ton of sticks ready to be grabbed usually theres a stick holder tied around a floor tom or something)

@Crackhead45 The end of The Grudge definitely kind of has a mini solo in it. But agree, this song does have a dynamic level that builds up to this very part and I love it every time I hear it.

i would love a drumcam of any full song or as long as you can upload the video of.... that would be fuckin kick ass and i could see exactly where and what danny is playing, still short clips are great too for those certain areas... any thx for uploading the vid

This dude is one of the greatest drummers of this era. It amazes me that a lot of people who are versed in his genre of music don't know of him. Man I wish the audio was better in this video. That's one of my favorite solos. Quick but powerful.

It's not the fact that this is the "best solo in the world", because Danny does much more. It's the fact that this song is a classic Tool song and fans love how the dynamic level builds up into this solo BECAUSE there aren't necessarily any Tool songs with a mini drum solo like this. And just to see him do it perfect over and over makes it consistent, recognizable, enjoyable, and it JUST...PLAIN....ROCKS
