Oh man his voice is lush, so raw! Another reason I hate autotune, so unnecessary when you have real talent.

Brilliant tune.No surprise though to see so many comments about "crap music today" and "there aren't any bands that can play today" What rubbish !!
The music is always there, you need to find it!! In the 60's and 70's this was the mainstream so you got guitar music on the radio. Now it's cheese and R&B.
That doesn't mean good bands have vanished of the face of the earth.
I truly hope that when I'm older I don't moan about music and that I continue to be excited about discovering new bands.

I was at school with Steve when this song became a No. 1 hit for him and the Spencer Davies group. Steve & I used to sing together in folk clubs and once at school (lucky me !!!). The blues/rock influence - he was a great fan of Ray Charles....listen to him sing "Geogia" (he sang this at a concert with Eric Clapton last year). FAB-U-LOUS....pulls right at your heart strings.
