In the second part of the video, Amanda shows you how to make a delicious filling for a delectable caramel apple pie. To start making the filling for your apple pies, first add the apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and some nutmeg in a bowl and stir for some time. Turn off the heat after the ingredients for the apple pie recipe are tender. After it cools, add and stir-in some corn starch.

To make the caramel for the caramel apple, use brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Stir it on medium heat for a couple of minutes. Let it heat for 9 minutes, till it becomes bubbly and a rich brown. Turn off the heat, and add cream. Once this cools, you can add the caramel to the apples to make a yummy, sweet filling for your home-made apple pies! In the third part of the series, you can watch how to add the finishing touches to your apple pie recipe.
