My comment was pointing to the prejudice and bias that has plagued and hampered serious academic research into entheogens and its relationship to consciousness.

There is without doubt a connection and we should fully explore this without meaningless cultural bias.

Well there is studying research and then there is experiencing the research, if you know what I mean.

Its intellectually dishonest that a few hypocritical dogmatists with in academia are permitted to set such ridiculous parochial standards and limits successfully hamstringing any true open deep conscious research.

Its becoming more clear that reality is effectively perception.

YES! Time goes in both directions so it would branch in both directions. To somebody going backwards through time, it would look as though microbes manufacture humans, who live & shrink over the years as they shed waste products from their mouths until they're gone. To such a creature, the causes of heart burn in our perspective would appear to be the cure from their perspective.
