Juan Francisco Díaz-Morales, a Spanish researcher published a study in March of this year titled "Morning and Evening-Types: Exploring their personality styles." In his work, Diaz-Morales found that our preference for engaging in activities earlier in the day shapes both our perceptions and our interactions. The author gave personality tests to 360 University students whom he describes as a "proper sample," noting that the circadian rhythms of students are not much under the influence of time schedules and social patterns." Why University students? Despite the occasional all-nighter, students presumably can follow their preferred sleep schedules more easily than working adults can :-)
Fuck I'm all screwed up...I have to be in bed early and up early - so a morning person...
and while I tend to not break the law...I also like to think creatively and out of the box...and if I can stay up late a bit and sleep in a bit - then great...but I definitely don't stay up super late...haha

lol...
she was making morning people seem superior (although there is a disclaimer in there) and yet she was like "the lesson here is, the world needs both types".
Oh well, this MAY be true, although I don't feel I am either.

I would love to say I'm this organized, go get the world by it's toes person, but I'd be lying. I'm definately a nite person. I tend to sleep in, if I can, & stay awake late. I guess that makes me a risk taker. Oh well, whatever time we arrise, as long as we do arrise, it's a good day!

There must be some kind of a running theme here at KBTVonline. I have now broadcast no fewer than three reports on various cutting-edge alarm clocks... the Clocky, the Glo Pillow and most recently ... the Puzzle Alarm Clock! I have no trouble waking up. I hardly ever use an alarm clock ... which for me ... is my blackberry that I toss underneath my comforter ... the drill? If it wakes up before me, I have to hunt around in bed and find it. Hey, it works -- for me!
