Top 10 Gameboy Games [PART 2]

#10, Bug's Bunny's Crazy Castle II: Bug's Bunny's Crazy Castle II is the sequel to the NES classic. The objective is to escape the level, and you must collect every key and warp to the exit to do so. However, other Looney Toons characters will try to stop you, so you must use items such as bombs and arrows to stop them. A pretty fun game, but not to be taken to seriously.

#9, Super Mario Land 1: The first portable Mario game ever made, Super Mario Land is classic, fun, and it's Mario. However, it feels unfinished, leaving it fairly low on the list. The control isn't as good as SMB1, but the SFX and Music are great, and the graphics are nostalgic. It's very short with only 12 levels, but any classic game fan will still eat it up.

#8, Super Mario Land 2: Now THIS is a great game. Great graphics and SFX, but music isn't too great. The gameplay is classic and fun, and you'll love it. However, the presentation is sort of kiddy, and it can get frustrating at times. Still, this is as close as we'll get to SMW. Pick it up. It's great.

#7, Crayon Shin Chan: Shin Chan is a popular Japanese anime, and there is a Funimation dub on adultswim as well. Because of its popularity, a game was made for the Gameboy, only released in Japan. This is a great action game, hard, but fun. It has several great minigames including a racing one. This game is up there with the Marios, it's awesome.

#6, Crayon Shin Chan 4: The sequel to Shin Chan was too much like the first, and the third was a mini-game game. (as well as 5, the last) However, 4 is definitely the best in the series. It's cute, fun, and relaxing. You have suits, similar to SMB3, which come in great variety and fun. You can jump on enemies or use these suits for projectiles, as well as their other abilities. The graphics, music, SFX, and gameplay of this game are nearly flawless.

#5, Tetris: What already hasn't been said? This fun, awesome, addicting game has great music and SFX, plus the gameplay will keep you playing for hours, no matter what version you play. The graphics are nostalgic, the variety is great with multiple difficulties and music, and it has incredible replay value. Stacking blocks has never been more fun. Tetris is just all you have to say.

#4, Yoshi's Cookie: Tetris might just have competition. Yoshi's Cookie was made for the SNES, NES, and Gameboy, and the Gameboy version might just be the best. With awesome sound effects, amazing graphics, and stupid but funny music, Yoshi's Cookie has you arranging cookies to get matching pairs and send them away. Simple, but very fun.

#3, Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters: The only sequel to Kid Icarus, this one might just be better than the first. Just watch a video and see how good it is. The action is just...So satisfying. You have a bow and arrow and must glide your way through many levels and monsters, so addicting. Did I mention how great the music is too?

#2, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening: Now THIS is a great game! The first Zelda to allow you you to jump, LA has great graphics, cool music, and amazing gameplay, with a huge world to explore, and many dungeons and monsters to beat. If you like the other games in the series, you'll LOVE this.

And number one is...

Pokemon! The addicting, fun, exciting, awesome series started here. Call me a dork, but I'm a teenager and I still like pokemon. And nothing says pokemon better than the original. There is no debate that this has the most depth out of any other Gameboy game out there, with 151 pokemon to collect, 9 bosses, a huge world with caves, fields, forests, seas, and old mansions, Pokemon is just great.

links awakening was pretty much a paid for fan made game. the love shows and IMO it is maybe the best zelda game of all time.
