Why nasa dont give names for galaxies + stars + planets?
With each star havin 5+ planets and 200 billion stars in each galaxy and 200 billion galaxies in the universe....u think of the names...

@xxDARKD3ATHxx Not entirely true. Someone from California and someone from Texas will have more in common with each other than with someone from France for example. But on the other hand that someone from France will have more in common with someone from Croatia then with either of the Americans, so no the difference is not that great. And yes there are regional differences but that was not the point. The point was that its stupid to dismiss people's opinion based on their geographic location.
@demmylowther What's sad is that the USA has aprox.310 million citizens and the EU has aprox.501 million, yet you think that your single limited experience reflects all those people's opinions so much that you can make this generalization.
And just so you know not everyone in Europe hates the USA just like not everyone form the USA is racist, rich,stupid, or... insert your favorite false prejudice here.

The good thing with astronomy is that everybody can agree that it's real and that we're curious about what's out there, even though you're a believer or not...
