  • Very nice foundation for a great body. You are extremely lean and sharp and have a great shape. Nice, broad back and high bicep peaks. They're really going to pop and grow! You will look better and better as you add more muscle. Remember to get at least a gram of protein in the diet for every pound of bodyweight per day to add lean mass. And work hard, get plenty of sleep, and GROW and GET HUGE!!!

  • The all failures regrets and traumas are settled and are sublimated and can all start again if can return to 16 years old. Make own and family and Japan and the world people happy, too.

  • @nacido93 Yes. That's one gram for every pound of bodyweight. If you weigh 150 pounds (English system, sorry), you need at least 150 grams of dietary protein to support muscle growth between workouts. Every day. You probably get a good bit already. But if you don't you can always use a supplement such as whey protein that mixes with a drink to make up the difference. Protein is a MUST HAVE for a serious bodybuilder. Other good sources are meat, eggs, milk, and beans.
