A graduate student at Syracuse's SI Newhouse School of Public Communications is forced to delete her photos and has her 1st Amendment rights violated in the process. Did her religion play a part?
Yeah? I am a photojournalist and I say as long as you are on a public place you can snap what ever picture you want. Stand up for your rights people. Don't bend over and take it. If she was blond with mini skirt I am sure that cop would have posed for her pictures.
They violated her rights. She was under no obligation to turn over her camera or delete anything on it.

What was the point in adding that she was Muslim?? I don't get why everything is titled 'Muslim' (Muslim speaking here)
