FT817 Simple Projects

You can see how easy is to make a simple overlap tuning knob for the FT817 a protection lense cap from first generation closed circuit security cameras, a plastic ring used to make women bracelets and necklaces and a screw.

On the second part of the movie you will see how to power the FT817 using a Duracell DR36 laptop battery.

Awesome Alex!!! I already bought the Kranker knob for my '817 but your knob is excellent. Also good idea with a laptop battery. I have a spare battery here and saved the charger board and charger from the laptop. Hope to see you at Dayton 2011?
