@Divanvanryneveld We realise exactly what we're doing by going but until you have the physical wellbeing of your spouse and children in your hands, life and death issues, you can never understand. The fears when your wife is late home or your kids and wife being hijacked, you can't protect them - so you move them to a safer place. It wasn't our choice, my baby sons & wife were shot at during a hijack attempt & that was the final straw. We left in 2007, at least we're safe now.

@Taureaux4bleus No country is perfect. List the cultures/countries that haven't been invaded others & you can count them on one hand. At some point, somewhere, something bad was done to others. We can't harp on about the actions of people who lived before us. I've done nothing to anyone, neither have you, we must move on or we can never have peace between peoples. As for adding to a country that favoured sanctions, why is that an issue? We needed a new home, this one would do.

People who leave this beautiful country don't realise that by leaving they make it worse for those who have to ,or want to stay behind. We lose your skills and the economy goes down as a result. The minority becomes less and the majority just get to bully us even more. Don't go, we really need you here! We have to stay together. I'm a ypung person and I am going to stay and raise my family here. Let's not give them what they want and stand together and fight for what's right!

Reminds me of my days working in Orkney and enjoying the Klerksdorp night life. Those were the good ol' days, miss 'em, now living in Wales!
