Oh ya, it was a DOG. I'd like to shoot a dog everytime it knocks over my garbage can or shits in my yard everyday or pisses all over the carpets I have to replace. It was a DOG. If you are such a constitutionalist then perhaps you need to realize that HUMANS are protected by extreme (PETA) animal lovers who treat animals better than people. Glenn, I like you man, but it's cases like this that make you look foolish. People everyday get screwed over and the fact that you choose this one case and trumpet it consistently shows your vindictiveness.
