well.. this game was a great disapointment, sayin co-op on a PC game for me means network gameplay, not local.... getting 3 friends crowded in front of a pc is absolutely wrong and unimaginable, its just ilogical, many ppl bought it cuz they read "Co-op" on steam, and there u go, money away.
-
can i also play it with two different systems like internet or lan?

with 2 players does that mean you could have 2 wizards, or cant they change and you cant have the thief?
-
Are characters allocated to specific controllers? For example is the mage always player 1, knight player 2 and thief player 3?
-
i dowloaded trine patch 1.09, but when i put another keyboard in, the game still showed "not enough controllers". help?
-
It does say 'local' coop, to be fair, and it is a great game regardless.
-
@zesgan yeah i know that comment is over a year old but still, it cleary states "local Co-op" on steam , so there shouldnt be any confusion
-
@zesgan thats what 3 of us tought too after we got to my place and installed it. took us ~1hr to set it all up (needs new patch, its buggy, extra controller and kb/mouse) but when we started to play it was unstoppable, best fun we had for a while :D

Thx man!

@zesgan It specifically states however that it is 'local' co-op, just saying.
-
its $1.99 on steam just for today!

Actually, it says Local Co-op. It's your own fault if you're unhappy, for not reading all of the 2 word description.
Why be disappointed, anyway, though? This is an amazing game.
how do you do this w/ multiple mice/keyboards?

You need to patch Trine, Patches 1.01 and 1.02 are out for download.

Uhm, could you tell me which version of Trine you use, because I have no options for "multiple keyboards"... or do you play the Steam-Version?
