Here's some footage from one of our FitCamp classes (http://joshonefitcamp.com), where I incorporated some old school "East Texas" high school football drills (Go Lions!) with some animal training, and hardcore bodyweight training.

Getting on a treadmill, in order to get some cardio conditioning, is not very creative, it's boring, and counterproductive for fat loss, if that's all you plan to do.

There's a big difference between losing weight & losing fat. Anyhow, check out our warriors in this video.

They are not only burning fat, they are enhancing their mobility, building strength, strengthening core muscles, improving their balance & coordination, improving full-body functionality, getting their heart rate up, and most importantly, they are having F-U-N!
