(title)

Well, after training all sunday, in Great Yarmouth, on already sore legs from the previous saturday, i decided to man up, choose something... and make sure I FRICKEN LEARN IT THIS TIME!!! and not chicken out.

So straight after my bus journey home, i went straight in... got the camera, and started to film. :)

Ive been able to do back handsprings for a while on the trampoline. So this time i thought i would go one step further of the rail onto the bed of the tramp.

After a few attepmts i decided to take things onto grass. Now these things i started doing i could do in yarmouth that day. i just randomly tried.

A few attepmts of thos theni just thought... its no good. I'm gonna have to simply MAN UP!!!!!

and guess what... I GOT THEM =D

anyway thats my story.

im thinking im gonna start making a logg of the recent things i done the day during the making of my videos. so here is the first entry during yarmouth today.

Websters of a small ledge,
Websters of a slightly higher ledge from one step,
Sideflips (of one foot, proper ones this time, not the ones that i used to do like a tucked double)
Back layouts,
Flashkicks, (both backflips of a small ledge.
Back Handsprings (finally)

Thanks Lucas and Matt for a fun day training.
despite the jealousy that occoured during the sides *evils* and you both njow ow me stuff.

MATT: 20 pushups (from way back)
Lucas: We shook on sides! keep you SIDE of the deal!!!! =L

  • this video kind of scares me becasue the music but ummm 1:20 thats such a good idea!! did you ever fall trying that?

  • @tinaroxinpink21 no i didnt, but i was comfortable with my cartwheels and jumping into handstands etc first.

  • So how long did it take you to learn and perfect your BHS? I'm kind of going sideways and I'm just plain scared to do it on my own. How did you finally get over the fear of DOING it?

  • @xxGRRxx92 By getting completely comfortable when the movement and trusting myself. I thought through everything that could go wrong and how to prevent them.
