  • use a kb for that snatch

  • I'd kick this redneck's ass

  • @BigJasonStud anytime u tear muscle fibers, aka lift weights, your bodies natural reaction is to produce more in order to compensate heavier or higher work loads. low reps and heavy weight usually creates fast twitch muscle fibers which is what causes that "explosiveness" atheletes look for. typically people use low weight and high reps to prevent lactic acid build up "that burning feeling when u do high reps" or to help muscular endurance since it creates slow twitch muscle fiber.

  • dude needs to get rid of his pencil neck

  • bruce willis on the juice

  • @yardape99

he means to be explosive while hes throwing his opponant around,, not in a race of reflexes,, he means he wants to build his explosive strength,, and id challange you to lift those dumbells and pop up onto your toes like that,, did you listen to him,, hes trying to punch his feet threu the floor,,not l;ift with his arms,, its almost trying to pull off mind over matter,, =)

  • you cannot question his dedication or intensity,, although i was always taught,, low rep +high weight = more muscle gain,, low weight and high reps = strength gains,, and hes doing the opposite,, just wondering how its working out for him,, jeff your a monster,, good luck with ur future career =)

  • And to think that a few decades ago, they would tell fighter (boxers), NOT to lift weights 'cause it would make you 'tight'.

  • I'd think he would want to be faster. I don't see anything resembling explosive with those movements.

  • dudes a monster, hes got a bullet hole in his head and is still working out
