a fun and intriguing as well as entertaining movie .. tom selleck pulls it off as do other members of the cast. i've read this isnt a up to snuff baseball movie.. and i say to that... pfffftttttt.... only snobs and slobs would say such a thing. check it out and enjoy...

@PoisonedUPSB No, even in the 70s and 80s major leaguers would know about Japanese baseball. Maybe not the details, but at least the rules and the general nature of the game. After all, you would think that's what profressionals would know.
