What is The Atheist Experience?

The Atheist Experience is a weekly cable access television show in Austin, Texas geared at an atheist and non-atheist audience. The Atheist Experience is produced by the Atheist Community of Austin (ACA), a nonprofit educational corporation to develop and support the atheist community, to provide opportunities for socializing and friendship, to promote secular viewpoints, to encourage positive atheist culture, to defend the first amendment principle of state-church separation, to oppose discrimination against atheists and to work with other organizations in pursuit of common goals.

@sweet161402... god is reason? What was his reason for all the historical genocide, slavery, child abuse, etc. done in his name? It's all there in your bible. I'm glad MY definition of "reason" is waaaaaayyyyy different than your god's. A mind uncluttered with superstition is able to experience reality.... I hope someday you understand.

Not all Christians are out there telling others how to live.This man is correct in the way that we are to tell people the Good News & that's it.But down through History we know at times we had to defend our Faith.It goes both ways. God IS REASON.

@Br0o0otal Yeah their smugness and lack of respect for these people kind of turns me away a little. They're not being better than them. They just stoop to their level. I showed an agnostic friend of mine these videos and he was kind of appalled. Put them in the same group he puts most Christians/Catholics.
