it all depends on what you want and what you want to use, because the methods are different from one software to another

no, i mean, what software are you willing to use to make vector art, because i'd use adobe illustrator rather than adobe photoshop, because illustrator has more functionalities toward the vector side, as photoshop pretty much limits you to the pen tool and one or two filters

i use adobe photoshop CS3 here...

can u make some tutorials about vector art??..and make it slower so that i could understand clearly..
