The song is Why Don't You Do Right sung by Jessica Rabbit (Amy Irving) for the Disney film Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
The footage is Sin City based on Frank Miller's graphic novel.
The music video doesn't follow a "story" per say. I am quite aware that the story of Marve and Goldie as well as the the story of the Woman in Red are completely separate. However, the video was made for the aesthetics, using the footage to tell the story of the song, not necessarily regarding the storylines of the film. Keep this in mind while watching and enjoy!
