Now, one has to ask - 'how much was Alyssa paid to do this info commercial' There's no way she would do it off her own back for free.' If she is so concerned why don't we see her getting her hands dirty & actually helping NTD awareness besides just advertising about it. Why doesn't she give some of her money & time to the cause to show others that she is not another spoiled tv child star/adult actress. Why can't she follow other actors like Geoge Clooney, Sean Penn? I never liked Alyssa anyway

@mclaughlin72 Wow are you ignorant. Alyssa is an Ambassador for UNICEF, she travels to impoverished places to help causes such as NTDs. She helps children around the world as well as children in America. Not only does she travel to these places but she helped raise money with the community of her twitter followers and her very own big donation to help build a water well in Ethiopia.

Why write something so negative about her when u have no clue about what she does to help?!

Thats what i love about her, shes not one of those dumb celebrities only caring about getting attention, Alyssa gets attention but for a good reason, shes using that attention to let people be aware of diseases and unfortunate people.
