Une carambole ? Une nectarine ? Une poire aussi. Est-ce vraiment indispensable de mentionner des fruits pareils que personne ne connait toutes langues et papilles confondues.

It sounds to me like the narrator is pronouncing 'un' the same way as 'em', 'on', and 'en' are pronounced. What sort of accent is this?

@NoobieLandCity Oh, we are back to the discussion of "pomme de terre"... I made a statement that "pomme de terre is not a fruit". It is not a fruit. Pomme(apple) is a fruit. Let's discuss it 9 months from now...

@HunterMann "La" pomme.. There is image too how could you think it was a potato? it's obviously an aple on the image.. "Potato" = "Patate" or "pomme de terre", I prefer "Patate".. well nine month old comment. I think you already learn it by that time. uhmm still post the comment :D

Moi qui suit Français je ne connaissais même pas la carambole ! Bien du courage à ceux qui apprennent cette langue car il n'y a aucune logique dans les genres des noms communs, par contre cela choque l'oreille même si on comprend très bien le sens ! (Donne faim cette vidéo...)

@HunterMann - Where did you hear "Pomme de terre" ? Don't mix it with "Pomme" because "Pomme" is a fruit. Regards, Vincent.
