Hi Twilight, I just bought a DeLonghi Cafe Siena Plus - Bar 11, from the local 2nd hand store, for $12.00 ! All the pieces are here, even the video, the warranty, a pamphlet to order accessories etc. Any suggestions before I make my very first cup of "nectar of the gods"?

@PeterVanNuis Hi Peter, congrats on your purchase, $12.00 - that's a good deal! :)
I have one big recommendation, run a cleaning solution through your machine. They normally recommend half water half vinegar, and then repeat with water only but please double check the instructions, since you have them. After that, do all the steps from the video, buy some good espresso beans/ground and enjoy! :)
