First and foremost, I do not own any of the clips or music in this video, no copyright intended. Just want to honor the player and the game of football with a good video.

In the 2010 NFL Draft with the 51st Pick the Minnesota Vikings selected Toby Gerhart, RB, Stanford. In the footstep of bruiser power backs Gerhart gave it his all for Stanford and was one of the best players in college football the past few years. Many believe he should've won the Heisman and in fact is was one of the closest Heisman voting in history.

Welcome to Minnesota Toby! We're a team that loves to run the football and you sure fit our style of running. Lets restore the Black and Blue Division and win a Super Bowl the old fashioned way.

SKOL VIKES!

The runningbacks at the beginning of this video are in this order...

1. Larry Csonka
2. John Riggins
3. Mike Alstott
4. Jerome Bettis
5. The Greatest and the man to introduce to the NFL what a power back was all about Earl Campbell.
6. Adrian Peterson

The songs used in this video are; Bring the Pain by Brand X Music and Lets get it started by Black Eyed Peas.

Hope you enjoyed, my editing isn't the best nor is the program I use but I think I did a decent job.

  • Ok good in college not in NFL enough said

  • @OldSkool249 I think it's too early to say he's not going to be good in the NFL. He had 1 season, which isn't over yet, and the whole Vikings team had a bad year. Most players take 2 - 3 years before they make it big in the NFL or are considered busts... I think he'll be a good player for us and already has shown flashes of that.

  • Now we need to draft his teammate QB Andrew Luck and we'll be set :)

  • i saw all them greats u forgot jim brown, barry sanders, emmitt smith, marshall faulk

  • @XxXreedemerXxX I meant the power back greats... Barry Sanders, Marshall Faulk, Emmitt not really in that discussion but Jim Brown was... still it was hard enough finding the video clips for those few guys and after all it was a video about Toby so... :)

  • @Power2People59 Who cares what his skin color is? He's shown time and time again he's a good RB, whether there are few white RBs in the NFL or not doesn't matter. Skin color doesn't matter. He's a good RB period.

  • 1-2 rb duo smash-mouth. we vikes are going old school running the ball hard. i like the idea. this will make the defense hold their breath even more. NFL defenses will get no sort of relief when AD's off the field because we got toby.

  • you are saying he is to slow? well actually his 40 yard dash was nearly similiar to LT ...

  • @TerrorWarrior5000 Troll harder cuntfungus.

  • Gerhart stepped up during the late season. He is not going to have a large number of breakaway runs, but I do believe he will be able to bully defenses for years to come. Peterson, Gerhart, Booker and throw in Harvin a couple time per game, you have a spectacular running attack that can get the job in ever game situation. I expect the Vikings to be a top 3 rushing team next year if we can get the O line healthy.

  • @bjordo9 give him a break. he ran 4.5 in the forty and thats actually really fast

  • @millertime6888 ya plus he plays back up to the best back in the league in my opinion. when they start playing really well, theyll run more and he will get his share of handoffs :)

  • to slow for nfl no doubt...

  • Totally forgot DeSean Jackson
