Japanese Sweet Potato Car/stand

A driving sweet potato stand. Drives through the neighborhood really slow with a song singing about sweet potatoes and how おいしい they are. I wish I got the footage as he was passing by, but it was so loud I guess it didn't matter.
I don't mean any disrespect by saying it's really annoying, it's just my daughter was taking a nap at the time, and it's REALLY loud.
