@LLLookAtYouHacker Clearly. First, it's "unknown trouble". Then she claims, "unknown weapons". She finally decides on, "threatening to cut", without having spoken to the complainant. She's rationalizing after the fact. The suspect wasn't armed, offered no significant resistance, was incoherent and obviously intoxicated, and was simply staggering. So she throws her to the ground, puts her knee in her back, and threatens to taze her while in a prone position... for wiggling?

@KiloByte72 No kidding. If the ethnicity of the officer and arrested were reversed their would be a major dilemma about "wacism" and such. I never understood why African-Americans make it a point to call a white American "white boy" or "white girl"... is that supposed to be an insult to state the obvious ethnicity and gender of someone? :D
