dang...what a great band. i was in the tech band and i actually went to see alot of bands in west texas...um including the frenship band and that band was way over rated...but this is showman ship...awesome, intertaining, and just plain amazing. i am a director in cali now, and i love to watch this band. ya'll came to the gator bowl one year and won first place in everything. no other band has ever done that to date. congrats. ur awesome keep it up.

@Gonzo6994 first of all im a current band student and if frenship was better than they obviously would have 73 division 1's but guess what they dont. so before you run your mouth get ur facts STRAIGHT and dont talk crap about the POWERHOUSE OF THE PLAINS!!!!

we saw them the other day at a festival omg they are HUGE and awsome but i think either cooper or friendship beat them but they are all amazing im jealous lol :)

In my opinion Fortenberry was way too nice. I was a freshman there in plainview when he was hired... I didn't like him. But Mr. Z from 8th grade who took edwards spot moved here to san angelo lol... but yea... Hurt was wayy better. So was Mr. Franklin

I know he's no longer director in Plainview, but Mr. Fortenberry is AMAZING, i beleive he was still director for this showq. I am from Kermit HS and i once had Mr. Fortenberry as a Director of the WTAMU Band Camp Concert Band.
