I have been on a weight loss/health & fitness kick for a few months, starting at almost 175 pounds (not the heaviest I've been, however). I have made fitness a daily part of life. Along with good nutrition, self-control, motivation, and a small obsession with Jillian Michaels (lol), I have managed to lose a little over 20lbs. I plan on continuing my lifestyle change even after I reach my ideal body weight, and I hope you will too!

Peace (and Calories) out.

My measurements:

height: 5'2"
starting weight: 172.8 lbs
current weight: 150.7 lbs
goal weight: 120 lbs

upper waist: 32
stomach: 36
hips/butt: 40
thigh: 24.5
bicep: 12

BMI: 27.6% (WebMD)
Goal BMI: 22.9%

*Everyone's body type and nutritional requirements are somewhat different. This video is merely meant to track my progress and hopefully motivate others to become healthier. One person's methods might not necessarily work for another. For more information I would recommend researching WebMD, or perhaps asking your doctor about how to personalize your health and fitness. Remember to set reasonable goals and always stay positive!

  • please! i MUST know! how did you loose your belly fat? like what exercises were you doing? any certain kind directed strictly to your stomach? i am DESPERATE to loose my belly fat! please respond to this!

  • @SayGoodNightBaby While targeting body fat loss is not likely to work (according to medical professionals), you will lose body fat all over. Thats why 5-10 pounds doesnt necessarily look like a big weight loss- because the fat loss is distributed. True, stomach fat is the hardest to lose (and the most dangerous to have!). Personally, I still have some to lose, but the best thing to do is CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO. For me, riding a stationary bike, holding weights over my head helps work my core. :)

  • Awesome! Great work. I have that bedspread, too! ... and an obsession with a different fitness mogul. It does inspire!

  • @BunsFitnessAdventure Small world! lol Yeah, it helps to find someone that you can look to for a good kick in the pants on those lazy days.

  • Great job!! What are you doing? I'm trying to lose weight too!!

  • @smmerchick11 diet and exercise : ) I'll post a video soon with more details!
