  • He really knows his stuff. Thumbs up. I stopped eating meat about 15 months ago and within a week back pain disappeared. Now I eat mostly raw foods. A giant smoothie with fruit and kale for breakfast. I tend to eat fruit for most of the day, then switch to the salads, nuts and seeds towards evening. I still eat some cooked food, but never feel quite as good when I do. I wish I had a giant tropical fruit orchard then I would be in heaven.

  • Scientifically correct at all times. We need to juice fruits and veg and eat the seeds of fruits. Avoid man made refined sugars also.

    When you bite it you break the outer shell of the pit. And its natures boobytrap to smaller animals to die from the releasing cyanide. However for us humans this ammount is not that harmfull + not everything in the pits is cyanide it also contains this acid bomb called b17 which apparantly once in contact with the cancer cell releases the cyanide on the right spot.

    Also papaya has a lot of B17, it-s good for cancer and also as a contraceptive

  • He initialy says that the unlocking enzyme which is present only in cancer cells releases the cyanide and benzaldohide but then says that when you eat apricot or apple seeds that bitterness that you taste is the effect of the benzaldohide and cyanide being released. Isnt he contradicting himself? If the enzyme which is present only in cancer can do this then how is the cyanide released in your mouth?

  • There is only one primary cause of cancer but many secondary causes.  The primary cause was discovered by Otto Warburg and he won a Nobel Prize in 1931 for his discovery. The primary cause is cellular asphyxiation or hypoxia. The secondary cause is anything that causes hypoxia.
