Two of the most legendary studio musicians of the 1970s -- Roger Hawkins and David Hood of the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section -- describe how modern recording has lost the magic of teamwork.

The Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section worked throughout the '70s and early '80s with performers ranging from Aretha Franklin and the Staples Singers to Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Rolling Stones.
