This lady is crazy, don't expect that most of the restrooms are dirty, it depends on where you go. She makes is sound like everything is dirty. I understand she wants to make people be aware of certain things but she shouldn't generalize. I was in Peru 08 and I did not see a dirty restroom where I went,not to say there arent any but it just depends. Please don't scare people from Peru because Peru is beautiful. Encourage tourism!!!
