Intel Report: FEMA/FCC test for today was a failure

The FEMA/FCC takeover test was scheduled to happen nationwide about 17 minutes ago. Here in Portland we got a warning about 5 minutes before 11am pacific but then the test never happened.

I repeat, we got no FEMA test here in Portland. Others on different forums are reporting that it didnt happen in their area either while at the same time many are reporting they did see the test at least for a few seconds.


Right now I think its safe to assume the test DID NOT fully work.


In Florida, Intel Hub reporter and radio host Bob Tuskin reported strange sounds coming form his radio that he described as a possible form of mind control! Update: A station manager in Florida confirmed the weird noises and diluted voices that Bob Tuskin heard.


Update: It is confirmed that it did not happen in many of the cities throughout the United States.

re: Bob Tuskin's idea of "Mind Control" EAS test. I did not trust the the idea of listening to something coming over the airwaves. It could have been a "mind control" ploy.

I heard something similar to this coming from my iphone 4.

we saw it here corpus christi,texas at 4 minutes after 1pm central time but it did NOT take over all communications or even all tv channels and lasted less than 3 minutes
