hi midnight. i started taking my nv53 apart but stopped halfway through it b/c i didnt really know what i was doing. I reassembled everything and my track pad quit on me. everything booted fine and was in working condition, except that my track pad stopped working completely. I was wondering if you knew the reason for this and had a possible fix for me.

@FALLENANGEL1R After removing heat sink go ahead and pick up some copper from the hobby store. Cut it down to the size of the heat sinks copper size. I placed artic silver 5 on both sides of the copper. Screw heat sink back down. Download core temps and run it before performing the job so you can make sure your temps go down. with cutting the square out and installing a shim mine drop 20 degrees. Perform it at your own risk! lol
