European Association for Horse Assisted Education http://www.eahae.org.

2010's conference theme was "New Learning from Ancient Wisdom". For many hundreds of years man and horse have worked together. In recent times many more horse people have come to realise that horses are not just our working partners and pets but also great teachers. We are learning that horses can teach us about many highly valued core skills that can get lost in today's hectic lifestyle.

The conference was hosted by Sharon and David Harris, acorns2oaks: http://www.egld.co.uk.

This video is not a documentation. I just took some pictures over the two days with my small camera and tried to catch the atmosphere. (Gerhard)

  • What an amazing group of people to come together from all over the world to share their unique perspectives of this work. I know I came home with some great new insights which I'm excited to share about in my work. Thanks to the entire team for all the effort you made in hosting such a great conference. Eula Rohan

  • Inspiration ;) Thank you all EAHAE members :)

  • I haven't been to conference, however after watching this film I can see there are different ways to do Horse Assisted Education. I think every person is a different way.

  • Thank you for putting this together Gerhard, you did a great job capturing the essence of the conference and editing it together.

  • These were beautiful moments of learning and sharing.

Listening to teachers who are humble, passionate and generous.

My head and my heart are full.

We are creating a herd of inspired professionals who have a beautiful purpose.

One Vision, one mission, one soul.

and also the wonderful participation of our friends, the horses, who are willing to sharing their wisdom, Thank you, Martine D.Tenerife
