  • Very good and informative video! I think not a lot of people know just how important is is to fuel your body so that it can run like a well oiled machine! Don't call this video bullshit...look at the results he got (and if you still don't believe it, do some damn research).

  • @Ki11uminati eating once a day is laughable. Ask the best bodybuilders on the planet how many meals they eat a day......about 6 to 8 Holmes. Do your homework before making statements that go directly against all muscle building knowledge

  • i stop eating at 7 and i lose weight i eat 3x a day with protein when i go to the gym will i still burn muscles?

  • this is absolutely NOT bullshit! I stress to everyone i train that nutrition is everything AND I've competed in bodybuilding and it is 90% about diet...whoever said this vid is BS go look in the mirror and then look at the guy talking....then do your math...don't talk when you really don't know what you're talking about!

  • @Ki11uminati Come on. Like you know something about bodybuilding making conclusions like this is bullshit. If you are working out or have any other physical activity, eating 1-2 times, is unacceptably.

  • @YoungTrellafrella Eat after workout, but drink a protein shake right after your workout!! as for breakfast YOU NEED PROTEIN!! no matter what you need it!

  • i just did some research, what he is saying is correct i think, eat 5-6 meals with at least 30G++ of protein per meal and BOOM.. its that SIMPLE!!
