@G1Pops Don't hate on the 250, it's a great bike. It's not like I made an outrageous claim such as it's the fastest thing on 2 wheels. I sold my 250 a while back and have an 09 ZX-6R now, and of course, it's much faster. But big deal, no true rider would even care. At least it has 2 wheels and you have to straddle it.

@minimalhuligan I would usually never shift that way. I had a request from a veiwer of another video about what happens if you hit the limiter. So I did it to for them. I sold my 250 a while back. It was a wonderful bike. I'm toying with the idea of getting another one for a track bike

I heard there is a turbo upgrade for this bike ... just with the standard parts it can reach up to 58 bhp and thats without even swapping the bottom end for something that can take the new higher pressure from the turbo. :S if u got these upgrades then swapped over the sprocket for something with a lil more top end you could easily have this bike at about 70- 90 bhp with a top end of about 130 :S maybe even 140

honestly, i dont see why people complain about 250s being slow for a first bike. it might top out around 100, but it gets up there pretty quick and if its your first bike thats all the fast you really need to go

im 6'1" 210lbs and ride a 09 250r...i havent had a problem getting up to 100mph. i still had more speed to gain too but i had to back off due to upcoming traffic.
I can only get 95 maybe pushin 100mph. Just wondering do you reach a higher speed shifting clutchlessly?

@areibu no, i use the clutch. rider size, weight, and body position have a huge impact on the speed as well as weather and road conditions.
