America kills innocent people. We call them unfortunate accidents. But we've killed a lot. In Iraq it's something like 3 9/11 's a year worth of collateral damage. Just because in anger we feel justified in torture does not make it right.

being such an ardent and obnoxious conservative dick in the past, i applaud hi for reversing his position on what's really an innocuous method of torture. it's unfortunate that it took him being waterboarded for him to come to a solid conclusion....but still.
