2011 Rifle & Pistol WC3 Changwon Highlights - 2011 ISSF WORLD CUP SERIES

The 2011 ISSF Shooting World Cup Series lands in Changwon, Korea, for it's third stage of the year. More than 500 athletes arrived here coming from 58 countries, to compete in the ten Olympic events of Rifle and Pistol Shooting. It's springtime and Korea it's the place to be. The event took place form the 7th to the 14th of April, under a cherry threes blossom fall that added a touch of magic to this massive competition. Aiming for glory on the lines of a well-known shooting venue, the best shooters of the world delivered the show. Next to the medals, it was the Olympic dream to boost the performances of the participants. This year's ISSF Shooting World Cup Series is indeed an Olympic Qualifier event, and Changwon's is the next step on the flowered path leading to London 2012.
