are you able to haggle prices in the dealers rooms? like say the price is 25 dollars and you only have 15 or 20 will they accept it anyway?

@americanbadass911 Sometimes, depends on the dealer and the merchandise. Most big companies like production companies and such won't haggle because they're selling everything like dvds at a fixed price. But once I got a pair of Kamina glasses for $23 instead of $25, and a set of sake glasses for $15 instead of $20
