A Jonas Romance; Episode 44

We left off with Joe and Jenna starting off as friends. Miley's come back, and gives Nick a little something. It's the bracelet he got custom made for her back when they were dating... Why did she give it back?

K: JOE! Why are you here? They let you out early!
J: No, I snuck him out. I couldn't take it. The smell sucked.
Joe: (grins) I feel much better now, at least.
N: Miley came, and gave me this bracelet back.
Joe: (gets angry, then laughs) Ah. The day you ....
N: DON'T.
Joe: Okay, fine. But I like torturing you.
N: I had to see her, isn't that torture, enough?
S: (bursts out laughing) Good one, Nick.
Aly: (plops down on a couch, and turns on TV)
K: (joins Aly, and ignores everyone else)
J: (spaces out)
Joe: I think I should just sit down for a while.... (sits next to Kevin)
S: (sits next to Nick)
J: (still standing- still spacing out)
Joe: (tugs at J's shirt) Hey? You're like in the way.... Can you sit here?
J: (comes back to life) OHH. Right, sorry about that. Just thinking. (sits next to Joe)
Joe: (whispers) About what?
J: (whispers back) Thinking about stuff, you know... Just stuff. About us.
Joe: (whispers) Oh. So you really want to be JUST friends?
J: (shrugs) Not sure yet. I'll tell you when I'm ready. (kisses Joe's cheek)
Joe: (blushes) Okay, Jenna. I'll wait.
S: SHHHH!
N: (chuckles)
Aly: (giggles) Can we change the movie?
K: No. How about we all go out for dinner? To celebrate ... Wait, what is there to celebrate?
N: ... That Joe got Jenna back in his life!!!!
Joe: (grabs Jenna) YEAH!!
K: (shrugs, but agrees) Alright. Good. Let's go!!!!
S: How come I don't have a say in this?
N: Cause. You know you ALWAYS agree with me. (winks)
S: (blushes, and looks away) Yeah... sure.
They drive to the nearest restaurant. They're sitting at their table.
K: (whispers quickly to Joe) Don't even try pulling off the waitress joke, again.
Joe: (offended) I wouldn't even think of doing it.
K: Good. (sits down)
S: (watching the whole thing, and giggles to herself)
N: (sees S) Are you okay?
S: Oh, me? Yeah! I'm great! Are YOU okay?
N: (starts smiling) Yeah, I'm REALLY okay.
S: (blushes, and turns back to her menu)
J: (takes Joe's hand from underneath the table)
Joe: (smiles at Jenna)
J: (smiles back)
K: (disgusted) What is this? Are you two telecommunicating? Using only your... face?
Aly: (laughs) No, they're staring into each other's eyes. Kevin! Be romantic for once! (hits him with her table napkin)
K: Sorrrrrry. Not my fault I don't have anything romantic in me.
Aly: (cooes) That's not trueeeeee. Youuuu are romaaaantic, Kevinnn.
K: Uhhh. No, not really, Aly. (smiles at her)
Aly: (smiles back)
K: AHEM. Excuse me... everyone.
Everyone in the whole restaurant looks up at Kevin.
K: I just wanted to announce... (gets down on his knees in front of Aly)
Aly: (shocked, but anticipating)
K: Aly, we've been through so much together. We're best of friends, and everything's going great between us. But... it would mean so much more to me, if you... became my girlfriend. Aly Michalka, will you be my official girlfriend? (pulls out a diamond bracelet, and dangles it before Aly)
Aly: I... I don't know what to say.... Oh, Kevin!! YES! YES, I'll be your girlfriend!!!! (she jumps up and hugs Kevin)
The whole restaurant explodes with cheers, and applause.
J: (still shocked) Did THAT just happen?
Joe: (grinning) Yup. That's my BRO!!!!
N: (does his weird handshake with Kevin) WAAAAY TO GO, DUDE!!!
S: (takes her Samsung Swivel and texts Jenna from underneath the table) "What would Andrea think?"
J: (texts back) "Who cares? I mean, like she ever had a chance with him... Their age was so .... BIG. It would've never worked out. Let's just be happy for Aly and Kevin.
S: (sighs to herself) "Fine."
Aly: Kevin. I love you.
K: (smiles down at A) I love you too.
Aly: (giggles)
K: (leans in, and kisses Aly)
The restaurant cheers again. But this time, Joe, Jenna, Nick, and Sydney aren't.....
