Hi folks, these videos were created in Live9/Max6 which will be default for MFL in future version of Live.

There are many work arounds for the objects that aren't in Max5 and I would urge you to post about this in the MFL section in our forum, where we and other users can quickly point you in the right direction. Thanks!

I don't understand the need for the "t l l" object. I tried moving both outputs of it up the first output of the midiparse, and it seems to work just as well. Can someone explain because I'm new to MFL.

You can use "unpack" with the same patching as "unjoin". However, there is no "set" object in Max 5 either.

The unjoin object may not be available in Max 5? I think for those of us who are approaching this from the Ableton Live perspective, there should be more specificity on versions of Max being used. It took me several minutes to research the unjoin object.

Any suggestions on how to do this differently?
