Took the video yesterday on dec. 3rd during a really wild weather day at a popular surf and tourist beach. Apparently there hasnt been waves of that size in years. Just happened to have the cam rolling before the tsunami wave came. That wave picked up and totalled 2 vehicles that were 200 feet from the water line and 6 feet above sea level. Never thought a hippies burnt car could save us from getting pulled into the bay. To think locals were camped on that same beach 2 days before!!
This took place in Honomanu Bay on the road to Hana
