It would be much better to use the small pneumatic pump, which is designed for use with motors. you could fill a pneumatic reservoir with water, then pump in air to squirt it out.

You should of Had a second tank that got preassuarized so It could charge up and then squirt out alot of water at once, like an air compressor

Wow - it really did extinguish the fire!! A bit more closer to the fire and the ABS on the LEGO bricks would have melted!
